MEXICAN INSPIRED JAR SALAD

Ingredients:
200g lean beef or turkey mince
2 tbsp taco seasoning
1 cup canned black beans, drained
1 cup canned corn, drained
2 cups lettuce, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
4 Mason jars
Directions:
In a medium pan cook lean mince until no longer pink. Add taco seasoning and half a cup of water. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
Let mixture cool.
Divide ingredients among 4 mason jars starting with mince then beans, corn, lettuce and tomato. Place lids on and close tight.
When ready to eat, pour into a bowl and enjoy.
