4 INGREDIENT CHEESE PIZZA ROLLS

Ingredients:
1 sheet lower fat Pastry
2 tbsp Leggos Pizza Sauce
80g low fat mozzeralla cheese
1 egg
Directions:
Defrost a sheet pastry.
Cut it into thirds long ways.
Evenly spread pizza sauce along all three pieces. Leaving 1cm around the edge without sauce.
Sprinkle cheese over the sauce.
Roll up each piece, not too tight but not too loose.
Scramble the egg in a small bowl and brush each roll up with the egg.
Place in the air fryer oven / oven at 190˚C for 10-15 minutes or until golden.
