PIZZA POTATO NACHOS
150g Spud lite Potatoes (carisma potatoes)
40g light Mozzarella cheese
25g Champagne ham
20g Leggos Pizza Sauce
Mixed herbs to taste
Cut up potatoes into thin wedges and sprinkle with herbs and salt.
Place wedges into a bowl and microwave for 2 minutes or until they have softened.
Lay wedges out on a lined tray and cook in an air fryer or oven at 190˚C for 12-15 minutes or until crispy.
Once crispy, use tongs to bring wedges closer together and evenly distribute pizza sauce, ham and cheese over the wedges.
Cook again in the air fryer or oven until the cheese has melted.
