50g butternut pumpkin (microwave for a few minutes to soften)

Ingredients:
2 x Old El Paso Mini Tortillas
25g Leggo’s garlic, onion and herb pizza sauce
50g shredded light mozzarella cheese
Garlic Mince

Directions:
Spread half of all the ingredients over each tortilla.
Place one of top of the other.
Air fry 180° for approx 5 min.
Tip: If your air fryer blows the cheese off, microwave the quizza for a few seconds to slightly melt the cheese, then pop in the air fryer.
