4 Coles 50% lower carb buns
125g frozen chopped spinach, thawed
150g lite cream cheese
1/2 a packet 40g French onion soup mix
100g light mayonnaise
50g grated light tasty cheese
2 rashers of shortcut Bacon
1/2 brown onion 
Extra virgin olive oil spray
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Chop up onion and bacon.
Spray olive oil in a medium frying pan over med-high heat. 
Add the bacon and onion and cook, stirring for 3 mins or until bacon starts to brown. 
Transfer to a plate lined with a paper towel to drain.
Combine the bacon mixture, cream cheese, mayonnaise, 1/2 the cheese, French onion soup mix and spinach in a large bowl and stir until combined.
Use a serrated knife to cut 4cm from the top of the buns and reserve. 
Remove the bread from the centre of each bun, leaving a 2cm-thick shell.  
Spoon the bacon mixture into the shell. 
Top with leftover cheese and bread lid.
Place in air fryer and arrange bread pieces around the buns.
Bake in Air Fryer at 180°C for 10-12 mins or until golden.
