4 x K-roo burger patties 
4 x Coles 50% lower carb rolls
1 brown onion
1 Tomato
1 cup Lettuce
4 tsp low sugar bbq or tomato sauce 
Extra virgin olive oil 
Chop up onion. 
Spray a pan with extra virgin olive oil and cook onion on medium high heat for 2 minutes.
Place patties in the pan with the onions and cook on each side for 5-6 minutes while stirring the onions around the patties to avoid burning.
Just before the patties are done, slice the rolls length ways and place in air fryer at 180˚C for 2-3 minutes or until crispy.
Or alternatively, toast bun in toaster or under grill.
Cut up tomatoes and lettuce.
Take out the rolls, then place the lettuce, patty, onion, sauce and tomato then top with the other side of the bun.
