A lot of these feta pasta dishes can range from 500 to 700 calories (WOAH!)
So we recreated this dish and got it down to 220 calories! GO US!!
Don't worry, it's still just as delicious! Promise!
Slendier Gluten Free Soy Bean Organic Spaghetti
3 punnets cherry tomatoes
200g Lemnos Reduced Fat Fetta Cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp Italian herbs
Fresh basil (chopped)

Preheat oven to 200°C. Combine cherry tomatoes, 1 tbsp olive oil, garlic, herbs, salt & pepper on a baking tray and mix. Add the block of feta in the middle of tomatoes. Drizzle 1 tbsp of olive oil over all ingredients. Sprinkle Italian herbs over all ingredients and bake in oven for 30-35 minutes. Just before it’s finished baking, start cooking your pasta by bringing a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta until al dente (around 3-5 minutes). Once tomato feta mixture is cooked add basil then mash up with a fork and mix. Add pasta and stir in until combined and serve!
