SO SO CHEESY BREAKFAST QUESADILLA
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 handful of spinach
Salt and Pepper to taste
On medium heat, cover the bottom of a non-stick frying pan in mozzarella cheese.
Crack the egg and add to one side
Add some spinach to the other side
Salt and pepper to taste.
Cook for about 4-5 minutes until the edges of the cheese start to crisp and get brown.
Slide the cheese off the frying pan and onto a plate.
Fold over the spinach side onto the egg side.
Wait a few seconds to cool before devouring.
