CHOC TOP PROTEIN OVERNIGHT OATS

 
Ingredients:
30g Rolled oats
1 Tbsp Sugar Free Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp Coles high Protein Yoghurt
1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
8g Coconut oil
5g Cocoa Powder
10g Honey
 
Directions:
Add oats, Slim Mama Shake, maple syrup, yoghurt and almond milk to a bowl and combine.
In a seperate bowl, combine coconut oil, cocoa and honey.
Pour chocolate mix over the top of oats and set in the fridge.
